This automatic stator coil final forming is working after stator coil winding lacing, is designed with a turnover mechanism, it will be easy to load and unloading the stators, improve efficiency, especially for the big or heavy motor stators manufacturing.
(1) Application
The automatic motor stator coil forming machine is suitable for forming up the large and medium size stator coil, such as new energy automobile motor, generator, three-phase motor, pump motor, compressor motor, and other industry motors.
(2) Machine main function and characteristic
1. This machine is mainly driven by the hydraulic system, controlled by industrial PLC.
2. This machine can adjust the forming stack length by changing washer.
3. It is of fast tooling change and extensive compatibility property.
4. Both slot paper and wedge should not be damaged or turned over.
5. It adopt flip structure / turnover mechanism, easy for operators to load & unload big size stators.
6. Primary qualification rate ≥99.5%, after rework, the rate ≥99.9%
7. Adopts safety grating protection system. Operator need to stand when operating.
8. Adopts two hands simultaneously start button to ensure safety.
