During the cut process, there will be some deviation between the cutter position and armature center on the gripper. This will cause the cut effect become unstable. This can be fixed by turning the cutter position.
Maintenance of the system
A. Daily Maintenance
1. Clean the dust and ash on the surfaces of the machine, keep every part clean.
2. Ensure the power and air supply function well before starting the system.
3. Check the vulnerable components (leather conveyors, ceramic sticks, block piece, etc).
Please replace the damaged ones.
B. Monthly Maintenance
1. Check damping of every air cylinder to ensure they can function smoothly.
2. Lubricate every linear guide and bearing.
3. Add rust preventing oil on the components.
4. Add lube into the flow nipple on the cutters to lubricate the bearings.
5. Check the filters of the air compressors, dewater them regularly.
6. Check the status of the dust collector and the filter net to ensure they can function well.
l Season Maintenance
1. Demagnetize cutters and fixture seats.
2. Check if the cutters are filthy or wearing (1 sharpening/ 0.1 million uses). Check if the
screws are tightened.
3. Check the vulnerable components (leather conveyors, ceramic sticks, block piece, etc).
C.Yearly maintenance
1. Check the flexibility of the gears. Replace those that can’t function well.
2. Check if the spring pieces are out of shape. Replace those with distortions.
3. Check if the screws on the electrical vortex sensors are tightened and if the direct current
voltage between “O UT+” and “COM-” is between -1 and -2.
4. Check the fan in the electric equipment cabinet. Check the voltage of every electric circuit.
5. Check air out line of the air connector.
